To welcome our tourists-visitors and to make sure they never forget this corner of Brazil, we reproduce one of daily activities of our caboclos, riverside and indigenous people who, taking a break from work, come to the beach and build a fire to roast their fish and make some coffee.
Here, in this sensory gastronomic tourist experience - during the day, in the shade of a tree or a tent or at night, under the moonlight - we do our best bringing a gourd and a pretty chita table cloth, roasting some bananas and vegetables together with the fish and offering açai with tapioca for dessert.
